Joren Vandenbroucke was born in the West corner of West-Flanders in Flanders, a region in Belgium.

He lived happily until, at the age of 10, he discovered the internet. He has been coping ever since.

A brief itinirary of his wanderings in this digital dimension:

In 2006 he was known as 'Lord Rudolf2' on Runescape
After that his experiments started with social media. He entered Facebook and Tumblr in 2012.
When he was studying animation he presented his portfolio on such page as https://jorenvandenbroucke.weebly.com/
In 2020 he graduated from animation and thought he needed Instagram to find work and have followers
In 2024 he thought it was time to have a site for himself with his own domain name: https://jorenvandenbroucke.com/
Yet in 2025, he got an obsession with alternatives to any of the Big Tech services in the process of which this page got created.
He is now also to be found on Mastodon, Telegram, Bluesky, Pixelfed and really any open source alternative you'll try to sell to him.

Joren continually struggles to define himself as one thing, hence his digital schizophrenia.

He is using this page to promote himself as a VR artist and AI tamer.
And director, animator, Quill artist (though this could be a subsection of VR artist)
